As the founder and owner of Panozzo Therapy and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over two decades of experience providing behavioral health services in various settings, including mandated court advocate, hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient treatment centers, and schools. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors from diverse client populations of all races, ethnicity, and sexual identity. I have specialized in anxiety, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, women issues, marital issues, divorce, trauma, adolescent and young adult transitions, social issues, and problems in school, work, and home life.

I utilize a mind-body wellness approach that combines evidence-based psychotherapy techniques (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which advances a healthier lifestyle and builds better mental health, coping skills, and emotional and physical well-being.

I help clients identify old patterns of behaviors to make changes in the here and now. I am genuine, loyal, caring, and straightforward when needed. I put all my energy into every client.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have grown passionate in treating individuals with a wide variety of needs, including anxiety, life transitions, and sports performance concerns. I truly believe together we can accomplish your therapeutic goals. Moreover, I specialize in working with athletes, children, adolescents, and young adults via in person or virtual sessions. I believe there is strength and growth as we work to overcome the challenges life throws us.

Like many, you might be an overwhelmed child, student, athlete, or young professional struggling to navigate numerous responsibilities at once. No matter the case, I hope to help you find peace and confidence within this high-pressure world we live in. As a former division one and professional athlete, I understand the struggles athletes face when it comes to performing. As a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AAPS), I am dedicated to being a life time learner as the Sports Psychology field evolves. Additionally, I am working towards my certification on EMDR treatment, CMPC consulting, and my Doctoral degree. Moreover, I am dedicated towards providing the best possible treatment.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am often known for my empathy, passion, and dedication towards your individual treatment. My goal in working with you is to prioritize your personal needs. With that in mind, we set goals and work together in each session to move closer to those goals.

Hello! I’m happy you are here! I am a social worker and therapist with 25 years of experience over a variety of settings, including residential group homes, intermediate care facilities, schools, and private therapy. I have a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups in the areas of Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, Depression and Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Behavioral and Discipline Concerns, Parenting Challenges, Anger and Stress Management, Family and Relationship Matters, Children/Adults with Special Needs, Group Therapy, Self-image and Self-Esteem Issues, Educational Consultation and Advocacy. Additionally, I have provided clinical supervision, consultation, and training to social work students, interns, and professionals.

I work with people from a strengths-based perspective, and I strive to provide a safe environment where we can explore primary interests, develop goals and determine strengths and supports as you move toward your personal growth. Hello! My name is Silas Rea, and I am a Licensed Social Worker and School Social Worker in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds through my experience as a School Social Worker, previous work in a Homeless Services agency, and non-profit youth development work with the Boy Scouts of America.

I am passionate about connecting clients with mental health services and supports that are desperately needed in today’s world. As a therapist, I use an eclectic, client-centered approach to help each client reach their full potential and goals while being mindful of everyone’s unique strengths and environment. Committed to the well-being of our clients, Abby strives to create a compassionate and confidential space where individuals can find solace, healing and personal growth. Abby believes mental health is paramount to living your best life as the best version of yourself. Outside of work, Abby actively supports mental health awareness campaigns and believes in the power of community in promoting well-being. Most recently, Abby partnered with the Girl Scouts of America to design and build multiple Micro-Pantries to bring accessibility to our most basic of needs across the Coal City and Plainfield areas.
